We’re in Norway!

Arrived on 1 August. It definitely took us a while to settle in, but we’re homebodies and wanted to take the time to make sure we felt comfortable. Our landlords are wonderful people who went to great lengths to make us feel welcome. This experience is not like staying in an AirBnB. This is someone’s home, and they are coming back to it in a year. They have trusted us to take care of it, including their cat, Monty. In a sense, we are cohabitating with them. We definitely won the jackpot, though. The house and the neighborhood of Gamlelinja are more wonderful than we had expected.
